Project Management

The construction phase brings all of the pre-design, design documentation, and bidding work to realization.  We oversee the scope of work of all project types, including a full service design process, a traditional design-build, integrated project delivery, and/or construction contract administration, including the administration of the bidding process.

During this phase we act as your agent. Our role and responsibility is for the administration of the contracts with the prime contractors:

Establishing Standards of Acceptability

Evaluate Contractors Performance

Issuing Certificates Authorizing Contractor Payments

Observing Construction to Determine Progress, Quality & Substantial Completion
