Robert B. Conklin, AIA, NCARB, CSI
VICE PRESIDENT | PRINCIPAL | ARCHITECT
Mr. Conklin serves as Project Architect from conception to building turnover to the Owner. His expertise includes design and documentation, project manuals, specification writing, bidding, and construction administration. Bob’s portfolio encompasses state, public, non-profit, and private projects with construction administration of single prime and multiple prime contracts. He consistently brings projects to completion on time and within project budget, including those with LEED certification.
Scott O. Graham, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB
PRESIDENT | PRINCIPAL | ARCHITECT
Mr. Graham serves as lead design and Project Architect for many of the firm’s notable projects, with a strong interest in Building Information Modeling and architectural technology. As project lead on educational projects, Scott serves as the point of contact and Architect of Record, providing expertise for campus projects ranging from new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, restoration and repairs. In addition to his Project and Firm management duties, Mr. Graham also oversees Information Technology and Architectural Design and Documentation standards. He maintains a commitment to high-performance, sustainable design in every project, and is LEED AP BD+C certified.
James A. Sarro, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
PRINCIPAL | ARCHITECT
Mr. Sarro has over 20 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial, educational, retail, and hospitality design. As an Associate of the Firm, Jim participates in all aspects of the design process, including client meetings to establish the project scope, code review and compliance documentation, preliminary design and construction documentation, specifications, and bidding and construction administration. Mr. Sarro strives to maintain sustainable design with every project as a LEED AP BD+C certified professional.
John R. Hill, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB
PRINCIPAL EMERITUS|ARCHITECT
A primary focus of Mr. Hill’s planning and design responsibilities has been the development of building analyses, master plans, feasibility and programming studies and developing schematic design alternatives for projects. Numerous planning studies, authored by John, have established creative solutions to address challenging facility needs. John has served as Project Architect, Project Manager, and Principal-in-Charge for a wide-range of project types utilizing his skills in client relations, building code analysis, agency regulations, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
Dennis W. Rex, AIA, NCARB
PRINCIPAL EMERITUS|ARCHITECT
With over thirty-five years of architectural experience in the planning, design and rehabilitation of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings, Mr. Rex served as the firm’s chief administrative officer. His project experience includes foreign/domestic research laboratories, transportation facilities, educational buildings, maintenance facilities, manufacturing structures, office complexes, medical facilities, housing, and houses of worship - in all phases of projects from programming through construction administration.
